Hi,

This is the first time I am visiting the site and I must say its quite impressive. Not only in its format but also in content.

Having said that, I must add that lot more improvements can be done to this site to make it more appealing yet worthwhile. It can be made to a One Stop Site about Kolkata - where you can find all the info one may ever need.

Being born and brought up in Kolkata, but living in Sydney for the past few years, my fondness for the city has grown more so in the recent years. It has all the potential to become the best city in India, if not a world class city by any standard set by Western cities.

Coming back to where I started from, this map depicted here is very elementary and requires heaps of improvement. Can someone kindly add more detailed maps of its streets and other relevant options and bookmarks or embedding the refined structure of the Google Earth maps at the least.

I am not asking things to evolve overnight but atleast someone can make an attempt to make it more meaningful and helping tourists or anyone from the city itself from it.

I know this article of mine is open to severe brickbatting but please consider it from my angle, putting yourself into my shoes, before cursing me.

I would be more than happy to provide any inputs within my limits if any required.

I hope this is taken in good stead. Happy surfing.
