Ingredients-

Delicious Cheese, Prawn and Asparagus Salad
- 100 gm cottage cheese
- 150 gm peeled prawns
- 4 tbsp chopped and diced cucumber
- freshly ground black pepper
- unlimited lettuce or watercress
- 200 gm asparagus tips
- tomatoes (optional)
Method:
1. Mix the cottage cheese, prawns and cucumber together, seasoning to taste with the pepper.
2. Lay the mixture on a bed of shredded lettuce or watercress and decorate with the asparagus tips.
Serves: 2
