So, here’s a rough price list drawn up for these exotic aqua experiences to help you pick and choose.

For a budget that’s upwards of Rs 1 lakh

Kite surfing in Spain is the thing to do if splurging is not an issue at all. A branded kite of a substantial size will set you back by 2,000 Euros (Rs 131,906) while entry level kites of smaller sizes can be yours for 500 Euros (Rs 32,968). There are additional charges for surfing boards (Rs 46,178) and harness (Rs 9,894).

For a budget between Rs 5,000 and Rs 10,000

The Blue Safari Submarine ride which lasts for two hours in Mauritius will make your wallet lighter by 3,500 Mauritian Rupees (Rs 5,423). Expect to shell out 4,600 Mauritian Rupees (Rs 7,127) for the two-hour sub scooter experience.

For a budget between Rs 500 and Rs 9,000

Wakeboarding enthusiasts should be ready to loosen their purse strings in Korea and part with 15,000 Won (Rs 610) for a single occasion. Jet skiers should however look towards spending upwards of 50,000 Won (Rs 2,035) for a 10-minute ride and 200,000 Won (Rs 8,140) for a 60 minute ride.

Water sports in Malaysia come as a package. Tour companies will draw up a customised water sport itinerary depending on your preferences. Prices, of course, vary depending on your choices and you do get a lot of them.

Windsurfing and waterskiing in Sri Lanka will set you back by anything between $30 (Rs 1,271) and $40 (Rs 1,695). At the price, it’s well worth it.
