‘Putuler Chiti’ (Doll’s Letter), a solo performance by Senjuti Mukhopadhyay, was presented by Dialogue Club and Aarshi Theatre Group. The monologue, based on Henrik Ibsen’s play ‘A Doll’s House’, has been scripted by Bibhash Chakraborty and directed by Abanti Chakraborty. It revolves around the character of Putul, a simple homemaker who realises she’s just a ‘doll’ to her husband and leaves him to find her own identity.
