India and China conduct crucial talks on boundary issue
Indian and Chinese officials met on Friday in New Delhi to hold talks on resolving the boundary issue. The countries are looking forward for progress on the issue that has vexed them for years. India's National Security Adviser MK Narayanan and Chinese State Councillor, Dai Bingguo met for the 13th round of talks to discuss the framework of the final settlement during the two-day talks.
