A five-day long winter carnival recently kick started with a colourful parade representing the culture of Himachal Pradesh in Manali. Locals and foreign tourists gathered to watch the parade showcasing the culture of the region. Beautifully decorated tableau of the state and artists dressed in traditional attires dancing through the procession were the major spectacle for the foreign tourists.
