Negi to step in as women's hockey coach
Mir Ranjan Negi, the former goal-keeping coach of the country's women's hockey team, will step in as the new coach of the national women's hockey team. Current coach MK Kaushik quit following allegations of sexual harassment. Negi, who was also the goalkeeper of the national squad till 1982, said that he had worked with Kaushik in the past and that he could not believe the allegations hurled against him.
