The controversy over the upcoming film 'Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai' took another turn as alleged gangster Haji Mastan's daughter Shamshad Supariwala filed a fresh affidavit in a civil court in Mumbai on Tuesday. Despite adding a disclaimer that 'the movie is not based on Mastan's life', the film's publicity materials continue to state the same, she alleges. Meanwhile, producer Ekta Kapoor refuses to comment as long as the issue is under trial.
