Russia offers help to terror struck India
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Friday offered condolences to Indian terror victims and assured full assistance to India in combating terrorism. After signing agreements to develop new nuclear plants with India to deepen ties, Medvedev said that Moscow is willing to help New Delhi in all possible ways. Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh on the other hand added strict action should be taken against those involved in the attacks.
